This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your SKODA RAPID Spaceback . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your SKODA RAPID Spaceback, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your SKODA RAPID Spaceback is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed RAPID Spaceback RAPID Spaceback installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your SKODA RAPID Spaceback. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
