Product details

The 13 pole Erich Jaeger wiring kit is supplied specifically for your vehicle. The 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is not working.

We have a tip for you! To deactivate your vehicle's parking aid when towing a trailer, use the button on the dashboard. This wiring kit offers detailed installation instructions for your vehicle as well as matching cable colors and cable lengths. The vehicle-specific plugs for your vehicle are not included in this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. To install this vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring kit, you do not need to machine the rear panel of your vehicle. There is already a suitable cable gland in the rear of your vehicle that can be used for this purpose. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The socket is connected with pin 9 to the steady plus. Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
