The 13 pole ECS wiring kit is supplied specifically for your vehicle. This 13 pole wiring kit is simply installed into your vehicle's existing data bus system. If the trailer lighting is damaged, this is indicated via the vehicle's internal system. Manual coding is not required with this wiring kit.
We have a tip for you! To deactivate your vehicle's parking aid when towing a trailer, use the button on the dashboard. Your vehicle already has a cable feed-through, which is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring kit. This eliminates the need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
