Are you looking for a specific wiring kit that is suitable for your vehicle? Then this 13 pole wiring kit from TowTec is just right for you. This 13 pin summer wire kit produces a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.

Extra tip from us: If you wish, you can switch off the parking aid from the dashboard of your vehicle using a button when towing a trailer. This wiring kit scores points with a first-class, vehicle-specific plug connection, with adapted cable lengths and colors and detailed installation instructions. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. Your vehicle already has a cable feed-through, which is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring kit. This eliminates the need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge is available separately. It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer. The extension set for the steady plus function is available under order number 107650. You can also ask us about the right extension set to charge a separate battery in the trailer.
