This 13 pole wiring kit from ECS is supplied vehicle-specific for your vehicle. This 13 pin summer wire kit produces a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.
Extra tip from us: If you wish, you can switch off the parking aid from the dashboard of your vehicle using a button when towing a trailer. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. To install this vehicle-specific 13 pole wiring kit, you do not need to machine the rear panel of your vehicle. There is already a suitable cable gland in the rear of your vehicle that can be used for this purpose. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
