This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your BMW 7 . This 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the blink frequency of the turn light control function when a trailer light is faulty.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking aid function on BMW 7 is supported by this 13 pin Top Tronic electrical wiring kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed 7 7 installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. TowTec specifies an intallation time of 1.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 2 hour(s). It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
