This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your VOLVO 850 Estate. The wire kit will activate the specific trailer turn light control indicator in the dashboard. This function must not be activated on your VOLVO 850 Estate.
You could even turn off the parking assistance of your VOLVO 850 Estate with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed VOLVO 850 Estate installation manual.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
