This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your VW TRANSPORTER / MULTIVAN T4 Bus. This 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the blink frequency of the turn light control function when a trailer light is faulty.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your VW TRANSPORTER / MULTIVAN T4 Bus with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed VW TRANSPORTER / MULTIVAN T4 Bus installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
