Product details

The 13-pin TowTec electrical kit is suitable for the CITROËN XSARA PICASSO. This EU-version of this wiring kit will not signal trailer turn light defects. The electrical set is not suitable for indicator monitoring, since a module is not included in delivery.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your CITROËN XSARA PICASSO with a push on a dashboard button. TowTec specifies an intallation time of 1.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1 hour(s).

In some countries it is not allowed to use a bicycle carrier with this towbar because there is no option to automatically switch off the fog lights.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
