The ball head can be easily removed and stored in the boot when not in use.

The vehicle does not need to be inspected by an expert after the complete set has been installed. There is also no need for an entry in the vehicle documentation of your OPEL ASTRA L . The instructions in your vehicle user manual, issued by the vehicle manufacturer, must be complied with.
