Are you looking for a specific electrical kit suitable for your BMW 3 Touring? Then this 13-pin electrical kit from ECS is the right one. The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your BMW 3 Touring and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your BMW 3 Touring with a push on a dashboard button. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
