This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your CITROËN C4 Coupe . The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your CITROËN C4 Coupe and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.
An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your CITROËN C4 Coupe is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. ECS specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).
To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your CITROËN C4 Coupe when using a trailer or bicycle carrier, accessory ZB6335 can be used, as the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted in some countries if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported. If your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, the accessory ZB6335 must be installed 2 times.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
