This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your CITROËN C5 II . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your CITROËN C5 II, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your CITROËN C5 II is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. ECS specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your CITROËN C5 II, accessory ZB6335 can be used as the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted in some countries if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported. If your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, the accessory ZB6335 must be installed 2 times.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.

The product ZB5437 is necessary if you want to install this 13-pin specific electrical kit. You should therefore include it in your order.
