This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your FIAT SCUDO Bus . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your FIAT SCUDO Bus, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).
To automatically switch off the rear fog lamp(s) of your FIAT SCUDO Bus when a trailer or bicycle carrier is installed, you can use this accessory: ZB6335. This your vehicle is equipped with two rear fog lamps, accessory ZB6335 is required 2 times. This accessory is required because in some countries the use of a bicycle carrier is not permitted if automatic switching off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not supported.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
The product ZB5437 is necessary if you want to install this 13-pin specific electrical kit. You should therefore include it in your order.
