This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your FORD TRANSIT V363 Van . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your FORD TRANSIT V363 Van . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

You could even turn off the parking assistance of your FORD TRANSIT V363 Van with a push on a dashboard button. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your FORD TRANSIT V363 Van. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 1.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
