This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your VOLVO S60 II Cross Country . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your VOLVO S60 II Cross Country . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your VOLVO S60 II Cross Country with a push on a dashboard button. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VOLVO S60 II Cross Country. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation.

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
