This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your VOLVO V60 I Cross Country . This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the VOLVO V60 I Cross Country. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If available you can turn off parking assistance of your VOLVO V60 I Cross Country with a button on your dashboard. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VOLVO V60 I Cross Country. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The manufacturer ECS specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
