This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your BMW 3 Touring . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.

If available you can turn off parking assistance of your BMW 3 Touring with a button on your dashboard. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your BMW 3 Touring. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
