Product details

This 13 pin ECS wiring kit is made specifically for your BMW X3. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the BMW X3. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your BMW X3 with a push on a dashboard button. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your BMW X3 . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
