This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your BMW 2 Active Tourer . This 13-pin electrical kit is easily integrated into the existing data bus system of your BMW 2 Active Tourer. If the trailer lights are damaged, the car's own system will signal the fault. Manual coding is not required with this electrical kit.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your BMW 2 Active Tourer with a push on a dashboard button. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your BMW 2 Active Tourer. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
