This 13 pin ECS wiring kit is made specifically for your MINI MINI Convertible. This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MINI MINI Convertible . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. Attention! The vehicle does not require coding with this electrical kit.

You could even turn off the parking assistance of your MINI MINI Convertible with a push on a dashboard button. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MINI MINI Convertible. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
