This 13 pin electric wiring kit from ECS is made specifically for your JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE IV . This 13 pin summer wire kit produces a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.

The automatic deactivation of the parking aid function of your JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE IV is supported by this 13 pin Summer electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed GRAND CHEROKEE IV GRAND CHEROKEE IV installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE IV . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
