This 13 pin ECS wiring kit is made specifically for your RENAULT SCÉNIC III. This 13 pin summer wire kit produces a warning sound when a defective trailer turn light is detected.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function in RENAULT SCÉNIC III is supported by this 13 pin Summer electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed RENAULT SCÉNIC III installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your RENAULT SCÉNIC III . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. ECS specifies an intallation time of 0.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s).

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
