This 13 pin Erich Jaeger wiring kit is made specifically for your VW PASSAT CC B6. The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your VW PASSAT CC B6 and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your VW PASSAT CC B6 is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your VW PASSAT CC B6 . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The socket is connected with pin 9 to the steady plus. Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
