This 13 pin electric wiring kit from Erich Jaeger is made specifically for your AUDI A6 C7 Avant . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your AUDI A6 C7 Avant, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your AUDI A6 C7 Avant is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A6 C7 Avant. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. Erich Jaeger specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s). It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
