Manual coding is not required with this electrical kit.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your BMW 3 Coupe is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Erich Jaeger specifies an intallation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wiring kit. We know from experience that it is better to foresee 1.5 hour(s). It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
