This 13 pin Erich Jaeger wiring kit is made specifically for your VOLVO V60 II. This 13-pin electrical kit is easily integrated into the existing data bus system of your VOLVO V60 II. If the trailer lights are damaged, the car's own system will signal the fault. Manual coding is not required with this electrical kit.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your VOLVO V60 II with a button on your dashboard. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VOLVO V60 II. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
