This 13 pin Erich Jaeger wiring kit is made specifically for your AUDI Q8 E-TRON Sportback. The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI Q8 E-TRON Sportback and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.
A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your AUDI Q8 E-TRON Sportback is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI Q8 E-TRON Sportback. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
