This 13 pin electric wiring kit from Erich Jaeger is made specifically for your VOLVO V70 II . The kit will trigger the specific trailer turn light control indicator in the VOLVO V70 II dashboard. This function must not be activated separately.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your VOLVO V70 II with a push on a dashboard button. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed V70 II V70 II installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. The manufacturer Erich Jaeger specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 2.5 hours for installation. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
