This 13 pin electric wiring kit from Erich Jaeger is made specifically for your RENAULT KANGOO Rapid . The wire kit will activate the specific trailer turn light control indicator in the dashboard. This function must not be activated on your RENAULT KANGOO Rapid.
If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your RENAULT KANGOO Rapid with a push on a dashboard button. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed KANGOO Rapid KANGOO Rapid installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your RENAULT KANGOO Rapid. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
