This 13 pin Erich Jaeger wiring kit is made specifically for your RENAULT CLIO V. The 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is defective.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking aid function on RENAULT CLIO V is supported by this 13 pin Top Tronic electrical wiring kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed RENAULT CLIO V installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your RENAULT CLIO V. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The manufacturer Erich Jaeger specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
