This 13 pin electric wiring kit from Erich Jaeger is made specifically for your RENAULT ALASKAN . The 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is not working.
You could even turn off the parking assistance of your RENAULT ALASKAN with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed RENAULT ALASKAN installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your RENAULT ALASKAN . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
To install this 13-pin specific electrical kit, you will need the additional article 185606. We recommend you order it at the same time.
