This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ CITAN Box Body/MPV . The 13 pin Top Tronic wiring kit will increase the frequency of the turn light indicator when a trailer light is defective.
If available you can turn off parking assistance of your MERCEDES-BENZ CITAN Box Body/MPV with a button on your dashboard. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ CITAN Box Body/MPV installation manual. The installation of this electrical kit takes place in the boot only. Prerequisite for continuous current (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit is available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ CITAN Box Body/MPV. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. It's not required to connect each cable to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
