This 7-pin electrical kit for the MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS T-Model is produced by the manufacturer TowTec.

The parking assistance feature can be automatically shut down when the trailer is coupled to the towbar. For this function you need this additional accessory: 171084. The manufacturer TowTec specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1 hours for installation. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS T-Model, accessory 171084 can be used. If a self-actuating shut-off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not possible, a bicycle carrier cannot be installed in some countries.
