TowTec specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1 hour(s). The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your GMC SIERRA 2500 HD Standard Cab Pickup, accessory 171084 can be used. If a self-actuating shut-off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not possible, a bicycle carrier cannot be installed in some countries.
