The manufacturer TowTec produces this 7-pin electrical kit for the VOLVO XC90 II.

If your car has a parking assistance feature it can be automatically shut down when the trailer is coupled to the towbar. For this function you need this optional item: 171084. The manufacturer TowTec specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 7 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1 hours for installation. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

To automatically turn off the rear fog lamp(s) of your VOLVO XC90 II, accessory 171084 can be used. If a self-actuating shut-off of the rear fog lamp(s) is not possible, a bicycle carrier cannot be installed in some countries.
