This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe installation manual. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ C-CLASS Coupe. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The socket is connected with pin 9 to the steady plus. Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
