Are you looking for a specific electrical kit suitable for your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model? Then this 13-pin electrical kit from TowTec is the right one. The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed E-CLASS T-Model E-CLASS T-Model installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin wiring kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
