This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model . The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed E-CLASS T-Model E-CLASS T-Model installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your MERCEDES-BENZ E-CLASS T-Model. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

Extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus to power electric items in the trailer with the 107650 with steady-plus function. Or you can use pin 9 for steady plus and pin 10 to charge a second battery in the trailer. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
