This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your SEAT ALTEA . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your SEAT ALTEA . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your SEAT ALTEA is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed SEAT ALTEA installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your SEAT ALTEA. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. TowTec specifies an installation time of 2.5 hour(s) for this 13 pin kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 2 hour(s). It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
