Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your VW PASSAT B6 Variant is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed VW PASSAT B6 Variant installation manual.
