The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A4 B9 Avant and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed A4 B9 Avant A4 B9 Avant installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the vehicle. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your AUDI A4 B9 Avant. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.
