This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your AUDI A3. The operation of this 13-pin electrical kit is very simple: It is detected by the data bus system in your AUDI A3 and is ready for operation after the vehicle has been coded for trailer operation. From now on, the electrical kit will inform you via the car's own system if the trailer lights are faulty.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your AUDI A3 is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed AUDI A3 installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your AUDI A3 . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the permanent positive current function. It is possible to extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge the trailer battery.
