This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your VW TOURAN . After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your VW TOURAN, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed VW TOURAN installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your VW TOURAN. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit.
The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to the steady plus (to operate electrical loads). Extend pin 10 with accessory 139243 to charge a battery in your trailer.
