This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the HYUNDAI IONIQ. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

If possible you can turn off parking assistance of your HYUNDAI IONIQ with a push on a dashboard button. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed HYUNDAI IONIQ installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your HYUNDAI IONIQ. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
