This 13 pin electric wiring kit from TowTec is made specifically for your PEUGEOT 508 II . This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your PEUGEOT 508 II . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

An automatic deactivation of the parking assist function of your PEUGEOT 508 II is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed PEUGEOT 508 II installation manual. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your PEUGEOT 508 II . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. The manufacturer TowTec specifies an installation time of 1 hour(s) for this 13 pin wire kit. We have found that it is better to foresee 1.5 hours for installation.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
