Are you looking for a specific electrical kit suitable for your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA? Then this 13-pin electrical kit from TowTec is the right one. This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed GLA GLA installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your MERCEDES-BENZ GLA . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. It's not required to connect the cables to a trailer socket. A socket is already connected with this kit.

It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer) by adding the extension set 107650. A combinet retrofit solution for steady plus and charge 139243 is available separately.
