This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your PEUGEOT RIFTER. This 13-pin electrical kit connects to the existing data bus system in your PEUGEOT RIFTER . Faulty trailer lights will be indicated by the car's own system. After installation of this electrical kit, the car needs to be coded for trailer use.
The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. High-quality, vehicle-specific plug connectors, colour coding, custom cable lengths and a detailed RIFTER RIFTER installation manual are all part of this wiring kit. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your PEUGEOT RIFTER . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit.
It is possible to extend pin 9 of the trailer socket to steady plus (to power electric items in the trailer) or pin 9 to steady plus and pin 10 to charge (e.g. a separate battery in the trailer). By adding the extension set 107650 you can combine charging and steady plus.
