Are you looking for a specific electrical kit suitable for your VW CADDY V MPV? Then this 13-pin electrical kit from TowTec is the right one. This 13-pin electrical kit is connected to the existing data bus system of the VW CADDY V MPV. The car system will signal a fault in the trailer lighting. Attention! Coding is no longer necessary with this electrical kit.

The automatic deactivation of the parking assist function is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module kit. This electrical kit is installed in the boot only. A continuous current connection (terminal 30) for the trailer control unit must be available in the rear of the car. No need to drill into the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet already exists on your VW CADDY V MPV . It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin electrical kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.

The trailer socket is already connected with pin 9 to a steady plus function. And pin 10 can be used for trailer 12 volt battery charging to connect additional electric consumers (e.g interior lighting, refrigerator, radio) while simultaneously charging a 12 V battery in the trailer.
