Product details

This 13 pin TowTec wiring kit is made specifically for your BMW 3 Touring. After the 13-pin electrical kit is integrated in the data bus system of your BMW 3 Touring, it reliably signals faulty trailer lights through the car's own system. The vehicle must be configured for trailer operation after the electrical kit has been installed.

A shutdown of the factory-installed parking assist function of your BMW 3 Touring is supported by this 13 pin CAN-bus module electrical kit. Included in this kit: high-quality, vehicle-specific colour-coded plug connectors, custom cable lengths and a detailed BMW 3 Touring installation manual. No drilling in the rear panel of the vehicle. A grommet is already present on your BMW 3 Touring. It is used by this vehicle-specific 13 pin kit. The socket of the electrical kit is already connected. It is therefore not required to connect each cable to the trailer socket.
